Choose a placement people will notice
Bottom-right works well for a routine filing mark. Top-right is more visible on a cover sheet. If you are marking every page, use the same position consistently so readers do not have to hunt for it. For a design-first graphic, begin with the editable stamp templates; for a physical-looking date face, use the date stamp generator.
Limits worth stating clearly
This tool places a visible image on a PDF. It does not create a cryptographic signature, verify authority, or replace a notarial act. Confirm any regulatory or organisation-specific requirements before relying on a marked document.

Does this upload my PDF?
No. Reading the PDF, placing the stamp, and creating the download all happen in the browser tab.
Does it overwrite the original?
No. The tool downloads a separate file ending in -stamped.pdf, leaving the selected original unchanged.
Can I stamp every page?
Yes. Keep Apply to every page selected, or turn it off to stamp only the first page.
